Tıp dilinde ikter denilen sarılığın üç çeşidi vardır. - Hemolitik sarılıkKandaki alyuvarların tahrip olması sonucu safra, kana karışır. Hastanın idrar rengi normal, büyük tuvaleti ise koyudur. - Hepatik sarılık : Bir virüsün neden olduğu karaciğer iltihabıdır. Karaciğer hücreleri şişer ve safra yolları tıkanır. Belirtileri, yavaş yavaş görülür. Hastada ateş, iştahsızlık, ishal ve kusma vardır. En çok görülen sarılık çeşidi budur. - Obstrüktif sarılık : Nedeni, safra kanallarının tıkanmış olmasıdır. Ortak belirtileri ise şunlardır. Hastalığın neden olduğu sarı renk, önce göz aklarında görülür. Sonra yüz, boyun, gövde, kol ve bacaklara kadar yayılır. İdrarın rengi sarı ile koyu kahverengi arasında değişir. Ciltte de kaşıntı vardır. Büyük abdest, kil renginde ve fena kokuludur. Tedavinin ilk şartı, yatak istirahatidir. Sıkı bir perhiz uygulanır.&lt;br /&gt;karaciğer şişmesi Herhangi bir karaciğer hastalığı sırasında, karaciğer hücrelerinin şişip, safra yollarını tıkanması sonucu ortaya çıkan bir hastalıkktır. Tıp dilinde hepatit sarılık denir. Hastanın bütün dokuları, hatta gözlerinin akı bile sarıya boyanır. İdrarı esmerleşir. Deride kaşıntılar görülür.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;kusmak&lt;/strong&gt; Midenin içindekilerini, elde olmayarak ağız yolu ile dışarı atmaya kusmak, kusulan şeye de kusmuk denir. Kusmanın bir çok nedeni vardır. Örneğin, zehirli, bozulmuş yiyecekler, içki, gastrit ve ülser gibi mide hastalıkları, bazı besinlere karşı hassasiyet, bazı ilaçlar, kanser, mide kanaması, mide fıtığı, sinirlenme, migren, araç tutması, zehirlenme, kansızlık, sarılık, tiroid hastalıkları, hamilelik ve çocuklarda kabakulak, bademcik veya bağırsak hastalıkları sırasında kusma görülür. Tedavinin ilk şartı, kusmanın nedenini belirlemektir. Tedavi nedene göre yapılır. Hasta kustuktan sonra, sırt üstü yatırılır. Birşey yedirilmez. Bir bardak buzlu su, yudum yudum içirilir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;safra kesesi iltihabı:&lt;/strong&gt;Safra kesesi taşlarının neden olduğu bir çeşit iltihaplanmadır. Tıp dilinde kolesistit denir. İki çeşidi vardır. - Müzmin safra kesesi iltihabı Safra kesesi büzülür, gereği gibi çalışamaz hale gelir. Hastanın karnında, özellikle yemeklerden sonra gaz ve gerginlik vardır. Ayrıca; sağ taraftan başlayıp, kaburgaların altına kadar yayılan geçici bir ağrı ve sarılık nöbetleri de görülür. Tıp dilinde kronik kolestit denir. Bu hastalık genellikle 40 yaşını geçmiş şişman kadınlarda görülür. - Akut Safra Kesesi İltihabıBilhassa, safra yollarına yerleşmiş taşın neden olduğu bir hastalıktır. Tıp dilinde akut kolestit denir. Hastada karnın sağ üst kısmına gelen ani, şiddetli ve çabuk gelişen, sırta, hatta sağ omuzun ucuna kadar yayılan ağrı vardır. Ateş artar, kusma ve bulantı görülür. Her iki çeşit safra kesesi iltihabında da; vakit kaybetmeden doktora başvurmak gerekir. Nedenleri sayılamayacak kadar çok&amp;shy;tur. Deniz tutmuş bir kimsede kusma, den&amp;shy;ge organında bir rahatsızlanma sonucu olabilir. Karna, gelen ağır bir darbe gibi şiddetli bir ağrı da kusmaya neden olabilir. Duyularla ilgili fizyolojik faktörler de kus&amp;shy;mayı oluşturabilirler. Örneğin hoş olma&amp;shy;yan bir koku, rahatsız eden bir görüntü, bulantı ve kusma yapabilir. Bazı beyin tü&amp;shy;mörlerinde ise bulantısız kusma vardır. Kusmaya yakın bazı sinirler uyarılır ve midenin alt kısmında onikiparmak barsağına açıldığı yerde bulunan mide-bağırsak kapağı yani pilor,besinlerin barsağa geçişi işlemini otomatik olarak durdurur. Şizo dağılmak demektir, freni ise akıl anlamına gelir. Böylece şizofreni tkelimesi aklın gerçeklerden uzaklaşması, dağılması manasına gelir. Oldukça sık rastlanan, bu hastalığın bir diğer ismi de erken bunamadır. Hasta gerçek yani dış dünyayı kabullenmeyerek kendi yarattığı iç dün&amp;shy;yasında yaşar. Hal ve hareketleri kendi hayal dünyasıyla alakalı olduğu için dışarıdan yo&amp;shy;rumlanması oldukça zordur. Konuşması bozuk ola&amp;shy;bilir ve söyledikleri herkesçe algılanmaz. Gerçeği normal bir şekilde algılayamaz. Kendisine yabancı ge&amp;shy;len bazı yaşantılar geçirir. Düşünce duygu, içgüdü ve hareket bozulur. Çok defa hastalık yeniler ve her defasında mes&amp;shy;leklerine geri döndürülebilenler yüzde yirmi beşi geç&amp;shy;mez. Hastalığın sebebi bugün maalesef bilinmemekte, konuyla ilgili olarak çok farklı düşünceler ileri sürülmektedir. Soydan geç&amp;shy;me bir etkenin varlığı kabul edilmekteyse de nasıl geçtiği açıklanamamaktadır. Organik etkenlerden şizofreni ile ilgili bir&amp;shy;çok biokimyasal anomaliler bildirilmiştir. Liserjik asit ve meskalin gibi ilaçların, bun&amp;shy;ları kullanan insanlarda şizofrenik hastalar ile ortak özellikler gösteren bazı psikolojik durumlar meydana getirdiği görülmüştür. Ancak psikiyatrik hastalıkların insanlara mahsus olması nedeniyle bu ilaçlarla yapı&amp;shy;lacak hayvan deneylerinin sonuçları insan davranışları ile karşılaştırılıp açıklanama&amp;shy;mıştır. Şizofreni hastalığını 19.yüzyılın sonunda Kraepelin erken bunama olarak tarif eder&amp;shy;ken, yetişkinlerde görülen üç ayrı psikiyat&amp;shy;rik tabloyu yani hebefreni, katatoni ve paranoik bunamayı bir araya getiriyorduKraepelin’e göre bu ruhsal hastalıkların hepsinde aynı temel belirti yani duyarsız&amp;shy;lık hali vardır ve bu durumlar aynı insanda birlikte veya art arda görülür. Hepsi bunamaya benzer bir sonuca ulaşır. Yani ruhsal fonksiyonların dağılıp çözülmesi ile sonuçlanır.Hebefreni: En sık rastlanan şizofreni tiple&amp;shy;rinden biridir.Şizofreni, daha çok halüsinasyonlarla kendini gösterir. 1 — En bilineni, hastanın birtakım sesler duyduğunu sandığı işitme halüsinasyonudur.2 — Bazen şizofrenik vaka, çok anormal tepkilerde bulunur. Çok üzgün ve umutsuz olduğu bir anda, aniden gülmeye başlar.3 — Katatoni, az görülen bir belirtidir.
